How fast does it arrive?

Does it work on iPhones and Androids?

What if my QR or NFC stops working?

Can I order more than one?

What if I don’t have a Google Business profile yet?
You’ll need one before you can collect reviews. Setup takes about 10 minutes — your plaque arrives ready to activate as soon as Google verifies your business.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final once your order ships. If your plaque arrives damaged or stops working within 12 months, we cover it under the replacement guarantee (free new plaque, same code — see above) rather than a money refund.
